New Baby New Body is a fitness class for new, existing
and expecting moms.
Mothers can bring their babies as young as 6 weeks old
(8 weeks if delivered by cesarean) to class with them.
This is fantastic for Moms as well as the babies!

The concept allows Moms to begin their fitness programs without
needing to leave their baby at home or daycare.
The bond between Mom and baby can continue even during workouts.
This is a no excuse program to get moms back to their pre baby body or better!

The workouts are a mix of cardio, resistance training and balance
using resistance bands, foam rollers and body weight.
Addressing the individual needs of the pre & postnatal woman is our focus.
Along the way you will experience weight reduction, muscle strengthening
and a trimmer waistline!

In addition, these classes will promote healthy Mother to Mother interaction
leading to strong lifelong friendships for both Mom and baby.

All that is needed for the classes is your baby/babies, stroller, towel and water.
Snacks and/or toys for the babies is highly recommended.
